All season, Bernard Reedy and Alonzo Russell have led the Toledo receiving corps and been a huge factor in our string of 8 consecutive wins. Over the course of the season, they’ve piled up the yards and both players are closing on the 1,000 receiving yard mark. Here’s how it stands before the Ball State game:
| Player | Rec | Yards | Avg/Rec | TDs | Yds/Gm |
| Bernard Reedy | 61 | 803 | 13.2 | 5 | 89.2 |
| Alonzo Russell | 41 | 726 | 17.7 | 3 | 80.7 |
With three games remaining on the regular season schedule, plus the possibility of the MACC and a bowl game — both of these guys have a shot at passing the 1,000 receiving yard mark.
Here’s what to watch.
| Player | Yards to 1000 | Average Needed Per Game (3) |
| Reedy | ||
| Russell |
